Mindfully Eating Toast

Life as we know it has changed, except for the way that I eat toast. Every morning after my run I slather a piece of whole wheat toast with creamy natural peanut butter, Kroger brand…and proceed to devour it within 60 seconds. You would think I was starving, how quickly I bite, chew, and swallow, but my bathroom scale would tell a different story. No, it is learned behavior from when I had littles. Eating quickly was a necessity then, stolen bites…
